SHIPPING

Where we deliver:

Crush On Lulu currently delivers within the borders of South Africa. We cannot accept international orders at this point in time but we definitely aim to do so in future!

Places we do not deliver to:

Due to certain restrictions, we do not deliver to:

– P.O. boxes

– Areas such as mines, power stations, plots/farms, rural areas, townships, military bases, game lodges, ports/harbours, embassies and consulates.

Shipping costs:

  • Orders of R1000 and above: Free delivery
  • Orders below R1000: Door to Door (The Courier Guy) (R120)

When you will receive your order:

Due to high demand, orders are normally shipped out within 1-2 weeks. Please note wigs are made per order. Delivery times may vary based on your chosen delivery method.

Please note:

  • Delivery during business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
  • Delivery times may be impacted by the COVID-19 lockdown, public holidays and the festive season.
  • *Shipping times may vary based on the delivery method you choose, your location or other unexpected delays.

Changing orders:

Should you wish to add, remove or exchange an item in your order, you may do so by contacting us as long as your order hasn’t been paid for yet. Once a payment has been made, we consider the order finalized.

Missed deliveries:

The courier normally sends an SMS that they have arrived at your address. If no one is there to receive your order, the courier will send you an SMS to arrange for re-delivery free of charge.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and returns:

If you are not satisfied with a product and would like to return it, please contact us (click here). In order to qualify for a return and refund:

  • You must claim the return with 3 DAYS after receiving the item (by contacting us). Any return claims after 3 days will not be accepted.
  • You must send pictures as proof of the condition you received the item.
  • You must return the item within 7 days after claiming the return. Return costs (shipping) are at your own expense.

All items must be unused and in the original packaging with all labels, tags and lace intact. Returns only. We do not accept exchanges.

Return checklist:

  1. The item/s you want to return
  2. All original packaging (bags, hair nets, cards, notes)
  3. All free gifts/accessories received

Items we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Due hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Hair care products
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Wigs, weaves, extensions, bundles or braids that have be used, partially used, worn, cut, coloured, plucked, permed, bleached
  • Closures or lace fronts that have been cut, folded, coloured, plucked, permed, bleached
  • Items that have been damaged due to negligence or lack or maintenance (i.e torn, tangled) or user error

Once we have received and inspected the items and confirmed that they meet our terms listed above, we will refund the product price to the card used at checkout.

Shipping costs on refunded items:

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Out of stock items in orders:

If an item in your order is out of stock, you will be notified by email of your options. You can either:

  • Agree to a longer delivery time
  • Request a refund

Defective or damaged items:

Please note that Crush On Lulu is not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrived damaged, please file a claim with the courier.
