All wigs are processed within 2–4 working days before dispatch. As our units are made on order, processing time allows us to ensure quality and accuracy before shipment.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your location within South Africa. Most nationwide deliveries are completed within 1-3 working days after dispatch.

All wigs include free nationwide delivery. The price displayed on the product page is the final price you pay for delivery within South Africa.
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Crush On Lulu cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs once an order has been completed and delivered.
Our wigs are made on order, personal-use items worn directly on the head, and for the safety and protection of all customers, we are unable to restock or resell returned units. For this reason, all sales are final.
We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure about texture, length, lace type, or suitability, please contact us prior to placing your order — we are happy to assist you in making the right choice.
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item or there is a verified issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can investigate and assist appropriately.
Defective or damaged items:
Please note that we cannot replace items damaged or lost during shipping. However, we are happy to give you a store credit voucher (less 40% restocking fee) that can be used on any item in our store. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you would like to arrange it.
