Crush On Lulu currently delivers to South Africa, UK, USA and Nigeria. More countries coming soon!
Places we do not deliver to:
Due to certain shipping restrictions, we do not deliver to:
– P.O. boxes
– Areas such as mines, power stations, plots/farms, rural areas, townships, military bases, game lodges, ports/harbours, embassies and consulates.
Shipping is free for all orders above R1500 within South Africa. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location.
When you will receive your order:
All wigs are custom made to order. Local orders are normally delivered within 3-7 business days and for international orders, 7 to 21 business days.
- Delivery is during business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
- Delivery times may be impacted by lockdowns, public holidays and the festive season.
- Shipping times may vary based on the delivery method, your location or other unexpected delays.
Should you wish to add, remove or exchange an item in your order, you may do so by contacting us as long as your order hasn’t been paid for yet. Once a payment has been made, we consider the order finalized.
If no one is there to receive your order, the courier will contact you to arrange for re-delivery free of charge. After several missed attempts, the order will be returned to us. You will have to arrange to re-delivery at your own cost.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and returns:
If you are not satisfied with a product and would like to return it, please contact us (click here). In order to qualify for a return and refund:
- You must claim the return with 3 DAYS after receiving the item (by contacting us). Any return claims after 3 days will not be accepted.
- You must send pictures as proof of the condition you received the item.
- You must return the item within 7 days after claiming the return. Return costs (shipping) are at your own expense.
All items must be unused and in the original packaging with all labels, tags and lace intact. Returns only. We do not accept exchanges on wigs. Each item is made per order.

- All original packaging (bags, hair nets, cards, notes)
- All free gifts/accessories received
Items we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
Due hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Hair care products
- Sale or promotional items
- Wigs, weaves, extensions, bundles or braids that have be used, partially used, worn, cut, coloured, plucked, permed, bleached
- Closures or lace fronts that have been cut, folded, coloured, plucked, permed, bleached
- Items that have been damaged due to negligence or lack or maintenance (i.e torn, tangled) or user error
Once we have received and inspected the items and confirmed that they meet our terms listed above, we may issue a full or partial refund to the payment method used at checkout.
Shipping costs on refunded items:
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Out of stock items in orders:
If an item in your order is out of stock, you will be notified by email of your options. You can either:
- Agree to a longer delivery time
- Request a full refund
Defective or damaged items:
Please note that Crush OL (Pty) Ltd is not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrived damaged, please file a claim with the courier.
