Shipping and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Crush On Lulu. Please read our terms on shipping, returns, refunds and exchanges.


Where we deliver:

Crush On Lulu currently delivers within the borders of South Africa. We do cannot accept international orders at this point in time but we definitely aim to do so in future!

Places we do not deliver to:

Due to certain restrictions, we do not deliver to:

– P.O. boxes

– Areas such as mines, power stations, plots/farms, rural areas, townships, military bases, game lodges, ports/harbours, embassies and consulates.

Shipping costs:

  • Orders of R1000 and above: Free delivery with Aramex
  • Orders below R1000: PEP PAXI (R59.95-R99.95) or Aramex (R99.99)

When you will receive your order:

  • Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
  • All wigs are made on demand/per order.
  • Delivery times may be impacted by the COVID-19 lockdown, public holidays and the festive season.
  • *Shipping times may vary based on the delivery method you choose at checkout and your location

Changing orders:

Should you wish to add, remove or exchange an item in your order, you may do so by contacting us as long as your order hasn’t been paid for yet. Once a payment has been made, we consider the order finalized.

Missed deliveries:

The courier normally sends an SMS that they have arrived at your address. If no one is there to receive your order, the courier will send you an SMS to arrange for re-delivery free of charge.

If a second attempt is made to deliver and still no one is there to receive the order, you will have to contact the courier and arrange a third delivery attempt. You will have to pay for the third delivery attempt.


Returns and exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with a product and would like to return it, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. All items must be unused and in the original packaging with all labels and tags intact. Returns only. We do not accept exchanges.

Return costs (shipping) are at your own expense.

Items we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Due hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Hair care products
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Wigs, weaves, extensions, bundles or braids that have be used, partially used, worn, cut, coloured, plucked, permed
  • Closures or lace fronts that have been cut, folded, coloured, plucked, permed
  • Items that have been damaged due to negligence or lack or maintenance (i.e torn, tangled)
  • Accessories

Once we have received and inspected the items and confirmed that they meet our terms listed above, we will refund the product price to the card used at checkout.

Shipping costs on refunded items:

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Out of stock items in orders:

If an item in your order is out of stock, you will be notified by email of your options. You can either:

  • Agree to a longer delivery time
  • Substitute it for another item.
  • Request a refund

Should you choose to substitute for other item, you will be refunded if the substitute costs less or charged the difference if the substitute costs more.

Defective or damaged items:

Please note that Crush On Lulu is not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrived damaged, please file a claim with the courier.
