All wigs are processed within 2–4 working days before dispatch. Once shipped, delivery timelines depend on your location, but most nationwide deliveries are completed within a few working days

Yes. We offer free nationwide delivery on all wigs within South Africa.

Yes. Our wigs are carefully selected to be beginner-friendly, glueless, and easy to install. You do not need professional salon experience to wear our units comfortably.

All of our lace units are glueless, meaning they can be worn without adhesive and include an adjustable elastic band and combs for a secure fit.

Absolutely. Crush On Lulu was built for women who want to skip the salon and still look polished. Our easy-install wigs are designed to save time while maintaining a neat, natural look.

We accept secure debit/credit card payments via PayFast, as well as flexible buy now, pay later options like Payflex and Happy Pay, allowing you to shop now and pay over time.

Due to hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on wigs once an order has been completed and delivered.

As our units are worn directly on the head, we prioritise the safety and cleanliness of every customer by ensuring that all wigs supplied are brand new and unused. For this reason, all sales are considered final.

To maintain quality and longevity:

• Store properly when not in use

• Avoid excessive heat

Finer, straight hair types can experience drying, damage and colour fading with excessive heat (more than 190 degrees Celsius). Proper care helps extend the life of your wig.

With proper care, our quality units can last several months or longer, depending on frequency of wear and maintenance.
